Are you under 35 years old and looking to invest in your future? The YPC Young Investors Club can help.
All to often its not until we are well into our 40s that we realise that one property is just not enough. Statistics tell us that the average person will buy their first property at around 33 years old. It’s this exact reason why Simon and I have put together an educational and networking event for those under 35s to get involved in investing with the specific aim to have a million pound portfolio well before you hit your 40th birthday.
Under 35’s often find the process of creating wealth a daunting prospect for some many reasons, not the least of which that they don’t have the capital build up over many years of ’sitting on their home’ like there parents may have. The club will be all about teaching you how to overcome many of these problems and go on to build successful portfolios.
YPC’s Young Investors Club will operate under the umbrella of YPC but aims to address the issues that are facing under 35’s in getting on the property ladder and then building a portfolio. Young Investors Club primarily focuses on education, guidance and support to younger people. You will need to be between the ages of 18 and 35 to be eligible.
The Young Investors Club will come under the capable management of Simon Shankland and myself and primarily involve a quarterly workshop as well as a website that participants can get involved in. The website will be launched after the first workshop.
As a member of YPC’s Young Investors Club you will be able to learn how other young people in the same and similar circumstances were able to overcome the hurdles to become successful property investors.
