I am proud to announce that we are expanding our product range in the field of Independent Financial Services. The new business is YPC Wealth Ltd an independent Financial advisory service.

For some time we have recognised the need for quality financial advice for our investors. Far too often the IFA channel is focused on products whereby the investor has little (in most cases absolutely no) say in the management. It’s simply money given to a large multinational in the hope that they’ll make money. YPC Wealth fills the gap between a normal IFA and a property investment company. So our clients will have the best of both worlds.

The offices will be based out of Lincoln and will service our clients across the country.

So stay tuned, we are presently in the process of becoming authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and once this is done we’ll have an exciting array of products to offer you to complement our current direct property investment offerings.

It will mean that those of use with pensions, insurances, investments, in fact any kind of financial product will be able to access them with people that you know and with people that you know understand your needs as a property investor.

Mick Rawlinson, who has worked with us since 2006 will be taking on the role of Managing Director and overseeing the growth of the business and I will be taking a position as Chairman of the group holding company – YPC Group Holdings Ltd.

So lot’s happening this year and you’ll be hearing heaps more from us as we introduce a much wider range of products for your every need.
