The lighter side of client testimonials
Hey Guys,
I have been spending a bit of time on marketing of the business and one of the most important things is to have testimonials from current and past clients. I was reading the book Freakonomics which discusses the concept of incentive systems and come up with the idea of paying the team to make sure they get testimonials from clients (they now get £50).
So we have been asking our clients who have experienced our services to provide a written testimonial to us, the feedback so far has been great and you will soon see the results on the website. We have always maintained a great relationship with our clients so much so that we love to share a joke or too. Anyway this was what we received from James, one of our London investors.
