When our clients have successfully reached the point of renting out their property, we pose them a number of questions ranging from how we managed the process in their estimation to how our finance and legal people performed.

Here are the questions:

1. Did you find the information in the 89 point Due Diligence checklist useful?
2. Do you feel the information in the Cash flow worksheet was useful and correct?
3. How would you rate the performance of your Property Consultant?
4. How would you rate the performance of your Portfolio Manager?
5. How would you rate the performance of our recommended Mortgage Broker?
6. How would you rate the performance of our recommended solicitor?
7. How did you find the service from our Property Managers after the point of reservation?
8. Were you happy with the management of the 3rd party suppliers (blinds, flooring, furniture)
9. Were you satisfied with the process of letting your property out?
10. General comments?
11. Could you suggest any improvements to make the process of working with us more enjoyable/educational?
12. Would you buy from us again?
