- This guy makes sense. Stock market pensions are a waste of time. too many people have got to retirement to find their fund has no money. Property is the new pension.

- A brilliant well explained book on how to make money for your retirement from buying property. It is not filled with complicated jargon which is hard to understand but it is written instead in simple plain english. The techniques of the”set and forget” strategy where the authur explains the need to cashflow your properties is simple yet brilliant. A must read for anybody wanting to retire and have finiacial freedom.
