Hey guys,
I receive a number of emails every week from various people who don’t have the capital to invest in property and are wondering what they can do about it. For me the first thing is to change the way they think. I have a number of books that I recommend for all investors to read, they will change the way you think about life and investments.
The Richest Man in Babylon
This is my all time favourite book on how I think about money. It had such a profound effect on my life that I can contribute this single book as pinnacle in my success. I must have read it 50 or more times. It is such as easy read and will change your life. I base a lot of structures on the principles in this book.
Rich Dad, Poor Dad
Robert is someone I have worked with many years, many years ago through a course called ‘Money and You’, as well as helping out at his seminars in Australia. He has profoundly changed the way millions of people think about assets, debt and money. This book is a fundamental to creating wealth.
How to Win Friends and Influence People
This is an old time favourite. I remember as a young salesman reading this on a daily basis and its practical relationship building advice help me to this day and have allowed me to build many strong relationships in my life. Dale is awesome, a real inspiration in my life. I recommend you read this at least 10 times. It will change the way everyone around you views you through the simple approach.
The Secret
This is a great video (although it goes on a bit long) about the secret that all rich people have discovered and kept from the poor and uneducated. Discover it here for yourself. I have personally worked with a number of the presenters over the years and have used the secret to create a fantastic lifestyle.
What the Bleep do we know!
This is a video that humanises the subject of Quantum Physics. Its a subject I studied many years ago in great detail. It changed the way I think about reality. It raises a lot of questions about the makeup of the universe for a quantum (or really really small) level. Well presented and educational.
Live with passion,

PS. I make about 31p out of the sale of each book with Amazon, so I really am not worried if you purchase through somewhere else. Just make sure you get hold of them.
