Ezytrac portfolio management software
Running a portfolio of properties is relatively easy when you have one or two properties, but once you have more than this you will need a bit of assistance to track rents, ground rents, service charges, tenancy expirations and mortgage payments. That's why as part of our commitment to you, we have developed Ezytrac Portfolio Management Software.

This is a web based solution that will allow you to track all of the basics. It'll not only track the properties you've bought through Your Property Club but also any properties that you have in your portfolio.
The second part of the software is a little more advanced and we don't normally recommend you worry about this until you have more than 2 or 3 properties, you have better things to spend your time on. It's actually a system that Brett Alegr-Wood has put together years ago and has developed it over time.
Brett says:
"This is what I use with all of our portfolio clients, we sit down and complete all of the cash flow details about their portfolio, it allows them to see their portfolio into the future and in particular their cash flow. At each review, we simply update the figures and make informed decisions based on the results. It gives our clients peace of mind and allows us to clearly manage the growth of their portfolio ensuring we always have enough cashflow and to remortgage, sell or restructure with plenty of time to spare."
The final aspect of the software allows you to look up to 10 years into the future at the growth potential, you can choose the percentage growth you want for each year or each property.
After all... this is just a tool that helps you pass the sleep test of property.
