No Decisions, No Responsibility
As I build your portfolio I do not make any decisions and I do not take any responsibilities. This means that you are 100% responsible for your portfolio. My role is simply to be here as an independent person. I will simply talk you through the pros and cons of each decision to the best of my knowledge based on my own personal experience and with as little salesmanship as possible.
No decisions, No responsibility means that if at some point in the future we part company and you are left on your own, you will be fully aware and responsible for every decision that got you there and will be fully capable to continue building on.
My sole focus is to take you from 0 - 10 properties, in actual fact you could probably do it yourself after 5 but I find the friendships I build from 0 - 5 mean my clients (friends) continue well past 10.
No decisions, No Responsibilities also means that I can go home at night in the knowledge that I have done the very best I could for my clients. It means I pass my own sleep test every night.
