To be part of a dynamic team of individuals set on growing their own portfolio of properties and helping others do the same.

We are presently looking at expanding our team (currently 20 strong) to meet the demand for our services. We have a young dynamic team that is focused on serving our clients whilst building their individual portfolios.

We’re absolutely passionate about property and very focused on educating our clients and supporting them through the various emotional hurdles they will encounter as they build their portfolio from 0 - 10 properties.

We’ve already helped build a number of our team members’ portfolios to over a million pounds and will encourage and educate you as a team member on how to safely do this.

You’ll be creating a business within a business. You’ll be given all the education and support you require but your time is your own as long as you are meeting targets and caring for your clients.

The business is largely based over the phone so you must be confident, disciplined and have a mastery of the English language. You will have basic computer skills and be able to use Word, Excel and email.

All our team wages are structured with a minimum guaranteed (basic) amount and then commissions and bonuses for individual and team performance. Our overriding philosophy is that you are creating your business within our business. This means that you are paid on performance and rewarded for success.

Property Consultant /Portfolio Manager positions - We do not cold call, all our leads are generated through our various marketing activities. You will start off as a property consultant who is responsible for booking appointments for the portfolio managers and also selling properties as required. With experience and also building your own portfolio you will move through to a portfolio manager who is responsible for managing a team of consultants. In certain cases you may move directly into a portfolio manager position if you have sufficient experience and a large enough portfolio.

Research Analysts - Your role will begin as a research analyst, researching our properties and then providing details to our property acquisition managers which will see you speaking with our network of developers, agents and property sources.

Property Manager positions - Your role will be to see that all of our clients’ properties are successfully moved through from initial reservation to their first tenant. You will have day to day contact with our clients, mortgage brokers, solicitors as well as many other third parties.

General Manager - We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager. You must have at least 20 years experience in business and at least a background in property or financial services. You will have managed teams and been in a similar role for at least 5 years. The business has expanded rapidly and continues to expand, we now want to consolidate where we are before continuing to build on our core business. Your role will be to allow the Managing Director to focus on the strategic direction of the business while you will oversee the day to day running of the business.
