- Fantastic book, the author makes often perceived complicated subject very easy to understand. I have learnt so much thanks

- A brilliant well explained book on how to make money for your retirement from buying property. It is not filled with complicated jargon which is hard to understand but it is written instead in simple plain english. The techniques of the'set and forget' strategy where the authur explains the need to cashflow your properties is simple yet brilliant.
