Newcomer 'Edeus' launches 90% buy to let products

Well Australia has them, the US has them, Canada has them, even South Africa has them and now the UK has them.
Mainstream 90% buy to let mortgages.
Sure, it has been possible to do a 90% mortgages but the product has been quite terrible. Late last week Edeus launched its new products which includes a 90% buy to let product at only 5.19% tracker for 2 years. The best thing about this product is that the rental calculations at only 100% at pay rate (5.19%) which makes it easy to fit a deal. It also means that with good discounts you will require less money to put into the deal.
