Hi everyone,
I am very excited to join the team at YPC, and already feel at home here!
A bit about me... I worked with Brett and Simon in property investment some 5 years ago. Since then have worked for myself in Sales, Business Development and Coaching whilst maintaining a constant presence in the property arena, but am glad to be back working again full-time with my passion - property!
My first recollection of property is carrying bricks, wheeling sand, mixing cement and climbing in the foundation trenches of one of my father's property developments at the age of 7. My first career aspiration wasn't to be a racing car driver, or a footballer. It was to be an architect! I bought my first property in 1996 and when I saw it double in value in 9 years I was hooked! To date I have built a multi-million pound property portfolio to avail myself the lifestyle I desire to the point that it enabled me to take summer 2010 off of work all together. As you can see, the YPC philosophy is what I live and breathe.
On a personal note, I enjoy a full active life - I play golf, squash, and also enjoy scuba, mountain biking, multi-sport racing/triathlons, sea kayaking and have completed several triathlons, half marathons and The Flora 2009 London Marathon. Setting goals is a huge part of my life and I look forward to working together to help you achieve what you want from life.
