
On Valentine's Sunday, 14th February, the team will be heading to Heartwood Forest (nr St Albans) to plant some trees with the Woodland Trust in an acre of forest that has been dedicated to YPC Group, their clients and families.

It's Movember in November and following the rules of the game, we've all had our shaves and the race is on to grow a full moustache. Here's a photo we took today...

In the usual spirit of giving the boys of YPC will be taking part in the annual charity fun raising for Prostate Cancer. It's called 'Mo'vember because we will all be growing moustaches for the month of November.

Alan and I will be representing YPC on the 8th Oct in the South African Golf charity day - the largest golf tournament of its kind in Europe to support the outstanding work being done by their charities in South Africa.

I had another great day playing golf at the South African Charity Golf day. Thanks to my accountant, Anthony Phillips from Exceed Accountants who provided the invitation, we had a great day's golf.

Tomorrow, Simon and I are running up London's tallest building. It's one of a series of events that we are doing to raise money for charity and prepare for our ultimate goal of completing the Marathon Des Sables in 2012.
