We are also hearing a lot more about 'off plan' properties and even the developers agree this is a good way to make money in this stage of the market.
Again there're lots of positive stories. First time buyers making a come back, landlords snapping up bargains, and the fundamentals are coming back in place. In the short-medium term, house prices will rise and fall, inflation is expected to rise and interest rates the same.
