Client Workshop

Saturday 20th September 2008 at the YPC Head Office in London
Hi guys,
Due to ongoing requests from you we have decided to start running group workshops for clients that have brought 1 plus properties from us.
We really enjoy having our clients come to visit and always have a ball! It’s a great chance for you to come and meet other investors too. You can make a weekend of it, book yourselves into a hotel - we can suggest some good ones- or just come for the day. Brett, the team and I will all be here, we’ll be organising snacks and lunch as well :)
The workshops will cover everything from what the market is doing today, the 76 point checklist and Ezytrac tutorials. There will also be a chance for us to cover any topics that you wish to discuss. If you have a specific individual case that you want to talk about we’ll book you in for a separate face-to-face appointment on the Friday before the workshop. If you have any suggestions for particular topic that you’d like covered please contact me.

12:50 – 13:35 Session 2 Set and Forget checklist – Brett/Simon
13:40 – 14:25 Session 3 Set and Forget checklist – Brett/Simon
14:30 – 15:00 Open Forum Discussion
