Hey guys,

After 1 week of having no access to file or our database we have fixed the problem. I must say that they service from HP was appalling, we were referred over to the Indian call centre and from there it all went downhill with promises not kept and call backs never done. So something that went down on the morning of the 4th was finally fixed the afternoon of the 12th. Not really same day turnaround.

Please give us a couple of days to catch up with emails so we should be back at full steam on Monday.
